AASP is a diverse group of academics, coaches, and mental training consultants who work to improve performance, motivation, and well-being among athletes and exercisers. AASP also offers a certification (AASP-CC) for qualified sport psychology consultants.

The EPL is housed within the Department of Kinesiology & Community Health of the University of Illinois and is directed by Professor Edward McAuley. My lab, ETC is currently collaborating with the EPL on a study funded by the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute.
